History: She got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His head has been shaved. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Justin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: Fragrant is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing music.

History: Fragrant lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Layabout, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: Heian is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a great chef.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is a great chef.

History: Dondon was born the youngest of three triplets. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. She tends to her Sellsword job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Sellsword responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born in a small island village. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
