Description: 3'2" and muscular, this eastern man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He struck the Sage job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: He very much looks the part of a Butcher, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'4" when asserting himself. His copper crest is singed and shortened. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Kaladan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Guard, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Butcher for the past few years.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering his clean studded leather. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Brewer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is his passion.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing, marred by teas. He has styled his red hair well, parting it to the left. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. Nordak is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son.
