History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. History: Heather was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Roofer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Ruler, and she later adopted a second daughter.
