History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He struck the Engraver job and began his own company from there.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Jeweler arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Elysande is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
