History: He was raised in a forest tribe. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'2" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered yellow stockings. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Volen grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

History: Born in the south to a Stableman, Sarai learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
