Description: A 5'0" southern man, he wears bulky tan painted plate armor. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her rusty crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. Her eyes are red and catlike.
Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Synthrin liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and many drow want her driven away

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was raised in a desert tribe. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Baker. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.
Motivation: Revenge; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Naill grew up listening to his father's many stories. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

He wears a blue shirt, with a black mid length shorts with black tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and his gloved hand is found clutching a scythe. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are likewise violet.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tabaxis.
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He bought a glaive and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Description: This man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His fur is white, silky, and of moderate length. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: The child of a Bookbinder, who enjoyed hunting, Smoking was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Smoking took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to find somewhere to settle down
