History: He was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Shivering's homeland. Shivering decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
