Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sariel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He became a Guard soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Solomon was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Doctor. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born to a Mayor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His first spouse was a Sculptor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Banker and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to get a good night's sleep
