History: Born in the east to a Layabout, Nora learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Junk Dealer, but she got bored and became a Layabout. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 60. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: He was born in the west. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the west were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
