History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Valafar will drive conversation. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in flail use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Valafar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Varis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and many goblins want him driven away

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a rival would like her out of the picture
