During her travels, Quillathe and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Quillathe discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Quillathe fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and seeks redemption

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Gomory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Faral embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Faral fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
