Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her purple hair is still thick. Her eyes are white and beady.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nemeia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

Description: This tall, slender man prefers to wear flannel. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Norman was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Norman decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Nybarg was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Delg was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Trym grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Assassin for hire.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and sabotage a competitor

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Sannl wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable
