History: Born to a Blacksmith, her mother struggled to pay the bills. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Ella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Gorgûm hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Gorgûm was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Baradad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
