History: Modean lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He became a Ploughman soon after.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Mûzglob is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

History: Born in the north to a Shepherd, Rosalind learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Shepherd. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and balancing her hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her crest is green and curly. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep red.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and to unite with her brother

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears baggy white pantaloons and a green scarf. His silver hair is matted, messy, and big. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.
