Personality: Emma is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Emma grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Emma. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Bricklayer. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
