History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Crown-heir mother left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He takes great joy in being the best Hunter in town.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He bought a morningstar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Detective they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Barrister, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He tends to his Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
