Description: 4'1" and muscular, this southern man has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a white coat. He carries with him a set of scythes, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is silver and very short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thorpe grew up listening to his father's many stories. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Her fur is brown and curly. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bimpnottin grew up listening to her father's many stories. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. Description: A 4'3" western man, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Gifted from a young age, Kilvar studied abroad. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Bernard was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.
History: Born in the north to a Shoemaker, Fistula learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has achieved small success as a Shoemaker.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.
