History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Lance was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Herbalist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Herbalist work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Herbalist for the past few years.

Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
