History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His childhood dream was to be a Jeweler, but he was a colossal failure. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Shivering was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Barrister kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Ploughman, but he got bored and became a Architect. He tends to his Architect job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Gifted from a young age, Carlin studied abroad. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Burgell has worked very hard to control his curse. He's also a talented Unemployed, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and revenge

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nija will drive conversation. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Nija is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
