History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Malquis hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Malquis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Malquis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rimmon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Spy job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

A true patriot, Sapply would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Gifted from a young age, Sapply studied abroad. Sapply was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Doctor. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
