History: He comes from a rich northern family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a strong sense of loyalty to tiefling people

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Orianna and her spouse have recently divorced.
