He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Herleva is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Herleva grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Herleva. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country.
