History: Halander lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Cook, but he was a colossal failure. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Tailor born in the past three hundred years. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He struck the Tailor job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Tailor responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. After a long history of fighting, Gunnloda and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often
