History: Shautha was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. A true patriot, Naivara would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is greedy.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Spy father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Târz was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His childhood dream was to be a Miner, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born to a Body Guard, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his youth he was a Body Guard, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

History: She got into the Guard business at a young age. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shipwright. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
