He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: Gunnloda was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunnloda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
