Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adelard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the south to a Knight, Adelard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Knight. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Hoshgrish hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Skog embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: She hates Tabaxis with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Gifted from a young age, Windy studied abroad. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and to reunite with her absent mother

History: The child of a Locksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Spear was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs, and is pretty ugly. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and seeks redemption

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and wants to raise his children well
