History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Donaar took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Sheggen is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: The child of a Banker, who enjoyed hunting, Sheggen was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Banker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Painter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gifted student he started as a Brewer, but he got bored and became a Painter. After a long history of fighting, Beiro and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. The war was a terrible time for her, and Oda does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
