Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Hubert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Clerebold lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Spy, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Altho was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mortician. After a long history of fighting, Altho and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed mace, just in case. Her golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Detective. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Chem was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
