History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Zed was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Zed decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Spice Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gifted student she started as a Sage, but she got bored and became a Stylist. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Stylist for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing her hectic life and new stylist responsibilities is difficult
