Personality: Gilbert is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Servant. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Servant for hire.

His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Erdan was born with his mother's beautiful face. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense.
