History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vorka was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Vorka was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Dyer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He is a Cook first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. The war was a terrible time for him, and Cagak does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cook. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cook for the past few years.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Weaver. She bought a shortspear and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has never given up on her writing dream.
