History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Phann was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Phann decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. History: She got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. A freak accident while working with her Armorer father left her crippled.
