Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Shamil will drive conversation. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: He is fixated on the number 91. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her hair is short and golden. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Aline was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Aline decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Brewer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: Standing 6'0", this woman is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. Her blue hair, when down, is lengthy. She has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Vepar took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up glaive and armor she uses now. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vepar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

He prefers to carry a sai, but if one is not available he will default to his morningstar. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Dustin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Dustin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Dustin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to work out more often

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and to reunite with her absent mother
