History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and a rival would like her out of the picture

She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Spice Merchant, but he got bored and became a Healer. He tends to his Healer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Paymon lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paymon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Markosian was born on a far western mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Actor. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Markosian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bricklayer for the past few years.
