History: Pikar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Werydd was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Werydd's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Drifting was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now owns her own business.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Bellfounder mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She tends to her Herbalist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vassago embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Vassago and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down
