History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a Detective soon after.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
