Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his ceremonial dagger with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He keeps his long lavender fur kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are yellow and beady.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: Flame was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a red cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. His blonde hair is braided into rings. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Gormogord was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gormogord's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Gormogord and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: He tends to wear a green poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He carries with him a set of scythes, each one with a amber on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His crest is short and black. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a grey collared shirt and yellow pants. He accessorizes with a violet scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He has shaved his head bald. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her green robe. With wild brown hair. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her green eyes.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Pennie was born with her father's beautiful face. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: Osah hails from a village terrorized by giants. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Sun took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bow and armor she uses now. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: She is a mite stocky and has the majority of her body covered in plate. She wears a colorful flower in her white hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Phelaia was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Interpreter they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Farmer, and she later adopted a second son.
