Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed pickaxe, just in case, and his gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Hamil lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Stableman arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Lilli was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
