History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. Personality: Helja speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Helja alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Helja was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.
