History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Avelina liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Unemployed mother left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. A true patriot, Tordrid would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Torgga was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

History: Born in the south to a Bather, Alice learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bather work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bather work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is her passion

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Broce was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Through the years after Ur-Lisak was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ur-Lisak's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: Trym was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like him out of the picture
