Description: She has a missing right leg. She wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around her neck, and a sickle on her belt. Her hair is chestnut and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Travok was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he has a crush on the local miller

History: Born to a Dyer, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: She is mildly Halfling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her hair is long and chestnut with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small brown clips. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Yvonne is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Yvonne was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

Her moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Chenna embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.
History: Chenna was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service.
