History: She was born in a small desert village. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Barbena was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Barbena took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up glaive and armor she uses now. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
