History: Engong was born the youngest of three triplets. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Gale reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new merchant responsibilities is difficult
