Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a Body Guard, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This malnourished man wears a tan tunic with brown highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to be a hunter again

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and is pretty ugly. Her golden hair is lengthy. Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

History: Grigi was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has wavy black fur. His copper unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Spear enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Callie was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. She has never given up on her music dream.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and wants to work out more often

History: He was born in a small island village. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He bought a nunchaku and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears silk and lounges about seductively, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her silver hair is braided into rings. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Body Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Body Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Body Guard.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Perra's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
