Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Karash was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. After a long history of fighting, Karash and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She prefers to wear flannel. She has wavy silver hair. Her violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To be a Sellsword again.

Description: 5'5" and muscular, this southern man wears a blue costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His hair is long and red with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He uses divination through singing.

History: Gifted from a young age, Raer studied abroad. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: She is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. She carries a battered scythe and tarnished halberd as well. Her red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Shoemaker arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is greedy; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a glaive on his belt. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His green eyes peer out from beneath his top brown hat.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Conrad will drive conversation. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Conrad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Conrad. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A 4'3" eastern man, he wears long strands of topaz and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His white hair is cut short. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This man wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his right hand. He has no hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Umpen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Fletcher profession.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Umpen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Fletcher, but he got bored and became a Carter. After a long history of fighting, Umpen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a green shirt, with a pastel mid length shorts with pastel tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His white unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Barakas was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Barakas's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Gnome Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to reunite with his old friends
