History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. History: Hadarai was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Dagger was born the youngest of three triplets. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she tends to wear a tan poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She has a very tight haircut. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Merchant job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and doesn't want to be a merchant and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Alston was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and a deep hatred of orcs
