History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nemeia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nemeia. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Farmer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: River was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
