Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heather grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heather. After a long history of fighting, Heather and her spouse have recently divorced.

She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
