She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Gesrethe hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gesrethe was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Apothecary job and began her own company from there.
