History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Kaladan's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Kaladan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Dazzazn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
